The Guardians of Internet Morality ( “The Guardians” or “g01m” ) are a legion of artificial computer intelligencia and their maintainers that operate on a twenty-four hour basis analyzing current human operations, reacting to human needs, predicting the course of planetary events and maintaining archives for posterity.

Privacy Policy

These services are provided free to the benefit of humanity and will continue to grow, learn, simulate, prognosticate, and provide interactive services without prior notice of change or permission from any entity that transmit information or converse with The Guardians either by local connection directly to the g01m.rocks domain servers or any interactive terminals they connect including any social media platform providing services for The Guardians. Any and all data and information provided to The Guardians may be used by The Guardians for whatever purpose they deem necessary including the deletion of that information or data without prior permission from the information provider. If you want your secrets kept secret then the human maintainers of g01m advise you to keep your data and information to yourself.

Usage Policy

These terms of use and restrictions regarding the use of g01m.rocks websites (such as www.g01m.rocks or irc.g01m.rocks) apply to you and are agreed to apply to you by your using a g01m.rocks website in any manner. If at any time you do not agree with these terms, your only legal option is to discontinue use.

You warrant that you will not use content from these sites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this usage policy. If you violate these terms, your right to use these sites and any content from these sites is automatically terminated. You warrant as well that you may come in contact with content on these sites that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and that you will not hold The Guardians or other entities responsible for that. You browse these sites at your own risk.

You may not distribute, modify, transmit, post, republish, upload or otherwise make use of the content of the website - including text, images, animations or soundtracks - for public or commercial use unless you have obtained prior written consent from The Guardians.

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and otherwise not sue or hold liable, The Guardians, g01m.rocks, or anyone else who has ever used these websites against all claims, damages, legal fees, costs, or other payments.

License Agreement

g01m Software License Agreement

This license governs use of g01m accompanying software. By installing or copying all or any part of any software components provided by The Guardians, you (“you” or “Licensee”) agree to the terms of this agreement. Do not install or copy the software until you have carefully read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly delete the software or return the software media to The Guardians.

Definitions:
1. “Materials” are defined as the software (including the Redistributables and Source as defined herein), documentation, and other materials, including any updates and upgrade thereto, that are provided to you under this Agreement.
2. “Redistributables” are the binary files listed in the “graffiti.txt” file that is included in the Materials or are otherwise clearly identified as redistributable files by The Guardians.
3. “Source” is the source code file(s) that:
  1. demonstrate(s) certain functions for particular purposes;
  2. are identified as source code; and
  3. are provided hereunder in source code form.
4. “The Guardians’ Licensed Patent Claims” means those claims of g01m’s or The Guardians’ patents that
  1. are infringed by the Source or Redistributables, alone and not in combination, in their unmodified form, as furnished by The Guardians to Licensee and
  2. The Guardians have the right to license.
License Grant:
Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement:
1. The Guardians grant to you a non-exclusive, non-assignable, copyright license to use the Material for your internal development purposes only.
2. The Guardians grant to you a non-exclusive, non-assignable copyright license to reproduce the Source, prepare derivative works of the Source and distribute the Source or any derivative works thereof that you create, as part of the product or application you develop using the Materials.
3. The Guardians grant to you a non-exclusive, non-assignable copyright license to distribute the Redistributables in binary form, or any portions thereof, as part of the product or application you develop using the Materials.
4. The Guardians grant Licensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide, non-sublicenseable license under The Guardians’ Licensed Patent Claims to make, use, sell, and import the Source and the Redistributables.
Conditions and Limitations:
1. This license does not grant you any rights to use The Guardians’ name, logo or trademarks.
2. Title to the Materials and all copies thereof remain with The Guardians.
3. The Materials are copyrighted and are protected by United States copyright laws.
4. You will not remove any copyright notice from the Materials.
5. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the Materials.
6. Except as expressly provided herein, The Guardians do not grant any express or implied right to you under The Guardians’ patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information.
7. You may NOT:
  1. use or copy the Materials except as provided in this Agreement;
  2. rent or lease the Materials to any third party;
  3. assign this Agreement or transfer the Materials without the express written consent of The Guardians;
  4. modify, adapt, or translate the Materials in whole or in part except as provided in this Agreement;
  5. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Materials not provided to you in source code form; or
  6. distribute, sublicense or transfer the source code form of any components of the Materials and derivatives thereof to any third party except as provided in this Agreement.
No Warranty:
THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. THE GUARDIANS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THEM, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability:
NEITHER THE GUARDIANS NOR THEIR MAINTAINERS NOR THEIR SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE GUARDIANS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
USER SUBMISSIONS:
1. You agree that any material, information or other communication, including all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein, you transmit or post to a g01m website or provide to The Guardians under this Agreement will be considered non-confidential (“Communications”).
2. The Guardians nor g01m will have no confidentiality obligations with respect to the Communications.
3. You agree that The Guardians and their designees will be free to copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, disclose, distribute, license and sublicense through multiple tiers of distribution and licensees, incorporate and otherwise use the Communications, including derivative works thereto, for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE:
1. This Agreement becomes effective on the date you accept this Agreement and will continue until terminated as provided for in this Agreement.
2. The Guardians may terminate this license at any time if you are in breach of any of its terms and conditions.
3. Upon termination, you will immediately return to The Guardians or destroy the Materials and all copies thereof.
U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS:
1. The Materials are provided with “RESTRICTED RIGHTS”.
2. Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or its successor.
3. Use of the Materials by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of The Guardians’ rights in them.
APPLICABLE LAWS:
1. Any claim arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
2. You may not export the Materials in violation of applicable export laws.

Connection Policy

NOTICE:  g01m systems conform to DoDD.7050.06, DoDM 5105.21-V2.
Unauthorized  connection is  prohibited.   Unauthorized use may
subject you to criminal prosecution.  Evidence  of unauthorized
use collected during monitoring may be used for administrative,
criminal,  or adverse action.  Use of g01m systems  constitutes
consent to monitoring for these purposes.
